Terms of Service
Please carefully read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before submitting any online order. They explain who we are, how we supply products, how contracts are created, changed, or ended, what to do if something goes wrong, and other important information. The section titled “Your use of the Site” governs how you use this website (whether or not you place an order).
Country-specific terms appear in Appendix 1. If these T&Cs differ from Appendix 1 for your country, Appendix 1 prevails.
By using this website or any other online and/or mobile site operated by us (the “Site”) or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs and the documents referenced in them. Had Jewell may update these T&Cs at any time; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance (changes do not apply to earlier orders). Please check this page regularly. We will update the “last revised” date when changes are made.
1. Online orders – our contract with you
1.1. When placing an online order (an “Online Order”), you confirm all information is true, accurate, and complete and that you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
1.2. The steps to form a binding contract for the purchase (by you) and supply (by us) of products are:
● 1.2.1. You place an order by completing checkout.
● 1.2.2. You can review and correct details before submitting.
● 1.2.3. We email an acknowledgement (including these T&Cs). This is not acceptance.
● 1.2.4. We email a dispatch confirmation once processed. That email is acceptance and forms the contract. Your payment method is charged on dispatch (unless otherwise noted for bespoke items).
● 1.2.5. We will contact you if we cannot accept your order (e.g., stock unavailability, payment issue, pricing/description error, delivery restrictions, ineligibility, or breach of these T&Cs or law).
1.3. Governing law and jurisdiction are set out in Appendix 1. Mandatory local consumer laws may also apply, and where required, you may seek relief in your local courts.
2. Our products
2.1. We take reasonable care to ensure product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate and current. Images are illustrative and may differ from actual products (e.g., colour variations due to device settings).
2.2. We may change products from time to time:
● 2.2.1. to comply with law or regulation; and
● 2.2.2. To implement minor technical adjustments or improvements.
2.3. We will contact you with the correct price if a pricing error affects your ordered item. You may reconfirm or cancel. Prices may change, promotions may be withdrawn at any time, and some offers may be online-only or store-only (see offer terms on the Site).
2.4. All orders are subject to availability. We may decline that part and contact you if an item is out of stock. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may cancel the unavailable item(s) and process any remainder.
3. Paying for products
3.1. We accept major credit/debit cards and certain digital wallets or payment methods listed in our FAQs (updated from time to time).
3.2. Pay in the currency shown on the Site for your region. If your card/account is in another currency, your issuer may convert at its exchange rate.
3.3. Unless stated otherwise, prices include applicable sales taxes for the relevant Site. Depending on your destination, import duties/taxes may also apply and will be shown at checkout where possible.
3.4. Funds are authorised at checkout and captured on dispatch for most items. We may take full payment at checkout for bespoke or personalised items (including engravings).
3.5. We use reasonable measures to secure order and payment data. Unless caused by our fraud or negligence, we are not liable for losses from unauthorised third-party access beyond our control.
3.6. If payment cannot be processed, the sale will be cancelled, and we will notify you.
4. International orders
4.1. An “International Order” has a shipping origin and destination in different countries.
4.2. International Orders may incur local taxes, duties, or other charges. Where possible, these are calculated and displayed at checkout.
4.3. You must comply with local customs requirements (including providing identification if required). Had-Jewell is not responsible if customs impose duties or confiscate products.
5. Delivery
Delivery options
5.1. Delivery options and policies vary by destination. See our Delivery Options page or FAQs.
5.2. Standard shipping may be free in certain regions, but may not be available for International Orders or specific products. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
5.3. The Delivery Options page shows Costs, timelines, and service levels for non-standard options (including International Orders). Bespoke or personalised items may require extra lead time. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., carrier delays) but will notify you, take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, and arrange a new delivery date where appropriate.
Delivery process
5.4. After processing, we will email the courier name, tracking details (if available), and expected delivery date. We aim to deliver within 30 days of that email unless otherwise advised.
5.5. For security, deliveries may require original photo identification and a signature from the named recipient.
5.6. If delivery fails, the courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failures may result in a return, cancellation, and refund.
In-store collection (where available)
5.7. If offered and selected, you must present original photo ID and, where applicable, the payment card used. Collections occur during store hours. Items are held for 7 days after we notify you of availability.
5.8. If you do not collect or arrange delivery within 30 days of the original collection date, we may cancel the order and issue a refund (if already paid).
